Endya started her professional career as a Financial Auditor with the State of Florida. Her auditing career lead her to Transit via LYNX in Orlando Florida. Her first transit position was the Supervisor of Revenue Control overseeing the money room operation. She was later promoted to the Manager of Business Relations which included Managing a Commuter Choice Program and LYNX’s advertising contracts.
In 2004 she joined Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) as a Management Analyst and then promoted to Assistant Manager of Customer Service and later supported JTA’s Business Relations and Development Division. In 2013 Endya was promoted to Revenue Manager overseeing a team of 20 Cashiers, Vaulters, and Money Room staff.
She participated in the implementation of JTA’s smart card program, helped to launch a complete service redesign and executed JTA’s mobile app program. In 2018 JTA had the pleasure of hosting the APTA Fare Collection / TransiTech Conference and Endya was able to showcase JTA’s Revenue Department and her home town Jacksonville FL.
She is a member of (COMTO) Conference of Minority Transportation Officials and serves as the Chair of the APTA Fare Collection Systems Committee. Endya is a CPA from Florida State University and has a MBA from Webster University. She is married with two young children Angela and Christopher.
